I have verified that emails can be sent from the forum. If there is no notification, maybe it is your user settings.

Checked user settings, looks good. Checked Gmail and still no notifications unfortunately...

I got a notification for the first time this morning. Hopefully it's fixed now. Can the others confirm this?
