I was coming from north via CTE to blk 110A Toa Payoh.
However, gps route me through the road which belongs to SPH News Centre (Toa Payoh North).
At 1 am during a weekend, there's no way I can pass through SPH since this is a private road with gate barriers.
This private road should be restricted and prevented from normal routing.

Bukit Timah Road Update,
Vanda Link-131111
The stretch is open and access from Vanda Link for vehicles, the other end is connected to Turf Club Road, but only pedestrians can walk through. Those 3 residential houses are addressed by Turf Club Road.
Fourth Avenue access to Bukit Timah Road is blocked by construction of Down Town Line, vehicles have to access from Third Avenue for time being.

This one is the simplified routes flow condition that explain at the present route flow in Downtown East Cp.. Do not know whether can be done to route accordingly.
Pls ignore the previously submitted one which the route flow conditions feedback seem to be complicated and hard to understand.

It's hard to explain but I hope I can make it clear.
If I were to use map to go into blk 407 Serangoon Ave 1, I would pass the road between blks 401 and 408.
Then the map would tell me to turn right towards 407.
However, the right turn is not possible bcoz that is an exit road with a exit gantry barrier.
Turning left will lead you to the entry gantry barrier. This is the correct route.
The inside road in a shape of a rough circle is a 1-way street and not 2-way.
The right route is attached.

Yishun Ave 2 travel towards Yishun Ave 7 detour to Yishun Ring Rd 4 instead of going straight which will passby North Point.
All avoidances are turned off.
