T4 opens today 31 Oct 2017
Current T4 roads are somewhat wrong. I think better to remove all the roads surrounding T4 and redo.
To Departure, there's a "bridge" road up to level 2 of the building.
Arrival hall is at level 1.
Arrival Pick Up point must enter the MSCP Car Park 4A and exit out to the side of the building.
Exiting from T4, there are 2 major exits, turn left to ECP or turn right to PIE/TPE. Turning right also can go back to T4.

2 more tracks for T4
T4-1nov.gdb => East Perimeter Rd near to T4 should be removed. Doesn't exist now. Track into Car Park 4A entry
T4arr.gdb => Track to T4 Arrival Pick Up. Bcuz the road go into 4A MSCP, gps signal is lost

Senja Rd new road exit to Woodlands Rd (KJE).
I only have this part that goes to Woodlands Rd, another split joins to KJE.
Also coming from KJE (towards Jurong), exit to Woodlands Rd was shifted backwards due to this new road and merge with it.
I did not have this track at the moment.
