Changes to Toa Payoh Braddell flyover
Please see 2 attachments to see better.
* from Toa Payoh, before the flyover, driver need to decide which lane to take.
* from Bishan Road, left inner lane now only go to Toa Payoh, filter out to CTE is closed.
