Yeah, I just found the setting on mapsource, avoid U-turns.

Coming from PIE, if you were to go straight (using Tuas underpass) and bypass the circle with AYE, you are not able to turn left to Pioneer Rd.
This is bcuz after exiting the underpass, you will be somewhat on the "centre" lanes.
On the left, you can take the ramp up the Tuas West viaduct , or go straight to Tuas Rd or turn right to Pioneer Rd.
Per the track, I had to turn right to Pioneer Rd and make a U-turn instead.
The map is showing an impossible turn to left to Pioneer Rd.
This is bcuz after exiting the underpass, you will be somewhat on the "centre" lanes.
