A new shopping mall with residential.
Common shops include StarBucks and Market Place supermart etc
Car park entrance coordinate, N01 21.760 E103 45.834 which has a ~80m short NEW lane called Hillview Rise directly opposite Hillview Road from the circle (ie the circle now has 4 right angled exits)
