SG Traffic Camera POI Download - August 2014

Dear all members,

Please remember to download the file and put the below TrafficCamV1408.gpi file to your POI Folder in .System location under your GPS drive.

Below are the change log for this August 2014 Version :

1) Review of 30 Digital Traffic Camera Locations announced in 25th May 2014 by the Singapore Traffic Police
2) Revised the Traffic Camera Alert POI to prevent alert above Expressway and Viaduct
3) Revised the Alert POI Coverage for all POI
4) Removal of Traffic Camera POI for the below locations :
a) Bishan Road Junction towards Junction 8
b) Toa Payoh Lorong 1 towards Toa Payoh North
5) Adding of Traffic Camera POI for the below Locations :
a) Eunos Link towards Hougang Ave 3
b) Seng Kang East Ave towards Seng Kang East Drive
c) Victoria Street near Rochor Road Junction

No problem, do feedback if there is any changes required for the Traffic Camera or Speed Trap as I need to update the Speed Trap for Singapore as well.

Along AYE towards Tuas checkpoint, after Boonlay the speed limit is 80kmh.
Many friends thought its 90kmh all the way and some received tickets but unsure where is the camera.
Was using earlier speed warning file which did not give any warning.

thanz for the effort. There is a similar file "Trafficam_V080517.gpi in the POI folder. Do I have to delete this old version gpi file?

Tested this file. Didn't seem to work for my nuvi 1490.
Some times I hear ding-dong only, not sure if it's for red light camera or speed limit.

Brother, thanks for your feedback. I guess certain models does not support MP3 format. I will release a separate version which support Wav format for certain format soon.

The speed trap is on the overhead bridge just after Jurong Hill flyover in direct of the Tuas. I have seen them reliably quite a few time taking cover behind the trees. N1.3219437 E103.7031739
