Major road realignment at Jl Kayu/TPE/CTE/YCK

I missed one track from Jl Kayu -> TPE -> SLE direction, since the section coming from Jl Kayu joining TPE immediately was removed.

For vehicles from TPE going towards CTE/YCK, must exit at Exit 13. Continue going straight after Exit 13 will only join to SLE.

Seletar West Farmway 8 does not join the new road. I didn't see any roads nearby the new road. There are all probably gone.

Coming out of Jl Kayu, turn left to TPE to join SLE, there's a split road where left goes to CTE/YCK and right goes to join TPE->SLE.

I don't have the split point on this track, the point should coincide with the previous track where I turn left to CTE/YCK.

Major road rerouting to new roads between SLE-TPE-Jl Kayu

1. Coming out of Seletar West Link, turn left, no longer join direct to TPE, but join a new road parallel. This road splits into two, fork left to Jl Kayu, fork right to TPE

2. Exit 12 is moved back nearer to SLE junction. Current Exit 12 road is closed, blocked.
Turning left from SLE to TPE will find this fork, turn left and Exit 12 for Jl Kayu, stay right, continue straight to TPE.

I had to make a few rounds bcuz of the multiple splits and joins and new roads.

Some roads are elevated and cross over.

Seemed to have offset though.
