Request to shift Studio M Hotel current location to the new one attached.
It's the same building, just different location.
The current location will cause someone trying to go into the Hotel via an exit road.
The new location is the correct entrance to the hotel lobby and car park.

The Comtech at Alexandra Road POI and relevant POIs to be removed, demolishing was started about two weeks ago for new development.

Those HDB blocks at Holland Drive in red boundary to be removed, demolishing is in progress. Except Block 22 and 23, the rest are cleared.
