So where do we report on the traffic light alert or speed alert?

Can put a break in the road inside blk 970 Toa Payoh North like the next one at SPH News Centre ?
Tonight a Sunday night, I follow the gps route to go to blk 206 Toa Payoh North and got charge for $2, for taking a "short cut" through the car park at blk 970.
Normally, the route should be going into Lor 1 Toa Payoh, if you're heading to some blks at Toa Payoh North.

Blossomvale is in the wrong location. Please delete the POI. I will update the correct location in my submission for district 21 condos.
