Service Road for Greenwich V Shopping Complex.
Road is accessible only from Seletar Road.
Road is 2 way from Seletar Road to first car park entrance.
From first car park entrance to 2nd car park entrance, road is only one way.

btw zipping the .gdb INCREASED its size
thus i upload to "MFM drop box" without zip. hope its ok.
