Failed to show JCV view

Hi guys, my garmin model is nuvi 2465, under AECO Unit. Recently i have updated to 2016.40-Malfree ALL through garmin updater software. Previously my gps was able to show the junction view, however after the update, the jcv picture disappeared and shows "your model does not support JCV feature". May i know what is the issue here ?
