Nuvi 1310

Hi, I am a newbie. Bought a used Garmin Nuvi 1310 from UK. Only UK map installed...

Qs:
1. Can I change to Malaysia/ASEAN maps or other countries/continent maps?
2. How to do it?
3. How to get free Malaysia/ASEAN maps and install in my nuvi?
