Wah... when try to save the code into document.txt.. my comp AntiVir Guard already alert me - Straight delete it!!! :peace:

odd.. i saved the file, but the file is missing.. i saved it to desktop but its jst not there..

btw, im using norton 360.

Not odd, Norton did not allow the file to be save thus it was never saved.

Open Notepad
Copy above word and paste it to notepad
Save it (can put whatever name you like)

the moment i click save in the notepad, McAfee VirusScan Enterprise workststation detect and delete its instantly :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

a proper way to test your AV is to compress eicar test file (zip, rar, whatever) and copy it thru network. that's how viruses are pass nowadays.

if you have access to mail server, you can also disable your server's AV and try to send it to your account and fetch it using your e-mail client to see if your AV really works with your e-mail client.

creating eicar while AV is turned on is just like burning rubbish right under smoke detector. you should burn your rubbish at least on the next room to see if your smoke detector is good enough.
