At least China and Iran are censoring internet contents and/or blocking their people from accessing social websites like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Hence, Anti-censorship software are widely used to bypass the censoring in these countries which can be obtained from the following website.

Most of these software, if not all, are green software, that is, need not be installed, just download and run.
Using these software tool accessing internet will not leave any trace on who, when and which are the sites accessed with the computer running these software.

Personally, I prefer to use UltraSurf.
