Cannot walk... went to Beijing last Dec suffer knee pain after one day of intense walking... swimming better... some more have bikini clad YST to admire... :mrgreen: .. good for the soul too...

What a topic to come back to today.

I've just came back from lunch from a favourite lunch haunt, and the place smell of cigarette smoke at the aircon seating area. First time it happens. :frus:

My colleagues have to feedback to the staff that it is bad for business. And it makes me giddy breathing those bad air. :fire:

Re knees... had a fren who's gone thru glusamine, gel injection etc without much help. Recently told me sea grass/sea weed/Coral sea weed is the only thing that works for him. I hv not tried, but it may well work, who knows...

Apparently its coral sea weed, from chinese med shop or wet market. Soak in h2o for hrs, then in soup etc.

Btw, smoking the weed may also help - make u forget abt knee pain :finga:

Let me know which treatment is better ya
