Smoke Free

Today I celebrate my 1st smoke free year after smoking for 30 years.... What a feeling.... I won for now... God willing, I will continue to be smoke free.

Take your first step.... and be free... =D>

I gave up Golf many years ago but still continue playing Badminton every Sat.... My knees are protesting and pretty soon I may have to give it up too... may take up swimming next.. Cheers!

You can join me hiking. I have been doing it for 24 years and I think no other form of exercise is as tolerant or can be done for so long a period without consequences.
