Well, please do not go ahead with the idea. Such action does not really teach them a lesson. The only victims would be the innocent people such as the vendors who wakes up early in the morning to get the paper delivered to you on time, the workers who are involved in printing and supplying materials.

Reading online is no difference in fact, it is sending a wrong message that they would construe as more and more people WANT to read online. If you want to, pay the vendors your monthly subscription but tell them NOT to deliver it you but to the rubbish dump.

I do not have any other idea to stage such boycotts which affects then directly but a one day act is definitely not a big issue for them.

I prefer hard (printed) copy. Compared it with sofe (computer) copy, just like holding a stack of hard cash instead of reading the monitor telling you had $ xxx amount of money in the bank. Shiok ! :thumbsup:
