next question : how does the new setup perform during rain?
from Garmin Que for Pocket PC to Garmin Mobile XT for Windows Mobile to Nuvi 205W to Papago M9 for Android & now Garmin Nuvi 2576.

I notice that too but I don't think the current astro DTU having the HDMI socket.

Anyway, I'm abit slow. Called them after saw the advert on Sunday ..yeah too long din on astro dy :oops: & they called me Y'day to confirm.. Now waiting for the installer...

yes, indeed. in fact even the non HD channels are much clearer now, probably due to the new satellite dish and also the HDMI connection method.

Last night it was raining in Subang Jaya and for the first time I have no drop in sat signal whatsoever.Astro B.yond is really awesome..

The High Defination are transmitted in totally new channels namely HBOhd,So now I got 2 HBOs one normal and another HD.I notice there is also one channel that I never seen before that is Granada Tv.Was told that waiting period is 2 months now and Astro entertain email application more than call in.

Anyone know Y they have to change the dish ??

They r still using the same band and our old dish should be able to receive it rite ??

Can anyone explain ??

The new dish slightly larger by few centimeters from what I heard.
