Popular Science Magazine
Calling all fans of Popular Magazine. Google has teamed up with Popular Science to archive all their magazine all the way back to the very 1st copy, issued about 137 years ago. the link is here:- http://www.popsci.com/archives. at the moment, there is no browse-by-copy feature but is expected to be ready soon. Search for GPS and the earliest record was in March 1995. http://www.popsci.com/archive-viewer?id ... &query=gps - go to page 86.

yeah I grew up reading popular science but had to stop becos the newsagent I was buying from stop selling it. it had some great features especially the gadget sections. not many people are familiar with this magazine and even now it is really quite hard to find in Malaysia.

Me too, along with Popular Mechanics (used to think they're from the same publisher ).
