Maybe MFM map not selected.
Try this:
Tools > Switch to Product > (tick) Malfreemaps

My nuvi 880 goes into auto-reboot each time access to 'Recent Found' subfolder.
Current 101206 mapset.
Any sifus can advise?? Or is it firmware needs updating??

In v2.60 there are no STOP button on the map, to stop you should going back to Diagnostic Page>Diagnostic Logging>STOP Recording.

In v2.70, because it has STOP button on the map, in Diagnostic Logging it has no STOP Recording button.

Never try v2.80 yet because I need STOP button on the map as in v2.70. To stop, I believe it should be same as in v2.60.

I'm trying to download Mapsource 6.13.7 but cannot find the link. Even the above is no longer valid. Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same computer setup and face exactly the same problem.
There is no "Switch to Product" submenu under the Tools menu

Just a quick update, I just discovered that it should be View>Switch to product
