The latest release (v3.73) has quite good features enabling you to open and view your files in GoogleEarth and MapSource. It can also open POI Loader.

It has been some time since I last updated on TurboCCC's Extra POI Editor. The latest version is the v4.22, and the latest beta is v4.41.

How-To
0- Use the Option->M-Column_CSV_Field to assign up to 24 fields to be imported when opening CSV files. Default is 4 fields.
1- You can import CSV files and save them as GPX. Use File->Open to open a file or File->Append to merge a file with the current one.
2- Use File->Append to merge many files (GPX, CSV and JPG) at the same time
3- Click on a POI to view it in the right window. Double click on the POI to edit it.
4- To delete a POI, double click on it and hit the delete button or right click on it.
5- To add a POI manually, click on the purple "Add New POI" button at the bottom left.
6- To search for a specific POI, click the "Search by name" button (case insensitive) or File->Find.
7- Use file->Save to save all the POI in memory as a GPX file.

I finally broke the encoding of DrNightmare and other encrypted non-TTS voices. I really like those random statements the GPS can speak.

For example, you can record different phrases for "Arriving on left", or have different phrases for "Recalculate". They are spoken randomly so you get less tired of hearing always the same thing.

I have not decided what I am going to do with this knowledge:

1- Convert encrypted non-TTS to regular non-TTS?
2- Take any encrypted non-TTS and let you add different random statements. For example, VoiceStudio from Garmin does not allow you to add those random statements. Only VoiceCreator allows you to do so. Having a tool that adds those statements to VPM voices made with VoiceStudio could be interesting I think.
3- I know a few of you wants to change the voice name or have a silent voice. Yes, that is on my toDo list. I did not forget...

Let's see which one will go out first...
