Voice Navigation

Hello.
I buy a car gps navigation & installed in my Sony DVD player then Papago x8.5 into it. I dont have problem updating maps thx to developer for this. My only problem was about navigation voice. Its suddently silent at some route that should said "range" for an example "500 metres or 5 kilometres". Anyone can tell me whats the problem. I just want it running perfectly in my car gps navigation. Or any update to papago x8.5 system to me?
