how i can recovery or get information of my GPS

my GPS stuck with window:
>cannot find pmp<
i cannot get out from tis window, and the OS not continue.
i cannot get information about the device or firmware.

what can i do?

Very difficult to help/advise when you never say What brand ? What Model ?

My educated guess you got a corrupted map data or corrupted firmware.
Go to dealer you buy unit from or GPS service centre for assist.

Try taking out the battery and the sd card; after a minute or so, put the battery back and restart the device, failing which, do a factory reset using device buttons manipulation.
