Just would like to check if anybody has a solution to the next turn indicator where the roundabout direction arrow is following the US system, i.e. reverse direction shown, although the 3d map shows correct direction arrow. My unit is a taiwan unit, updated to ver5.0.

For those who use UK english audio, there's an update version 2.30.

bro, this is a long standing issue and is due to the cgpsmapper compiler used to create the maps. The original garmin city navigator maps show the roundabout icons properly. So, in the near future nothing can be done yet, unless you use the original garmin maps which are outdated.

regarding the uk english voice, update 2.30 has been out for a long time now. :)

Thanks bro aceedburn. I was just wondering whether if there is a way of changing the turn icon file to have the british style roundabout shown properly. If we can change the vehicle icon, there could be a way to change the arrow icons as well :-k . Just that whether anybody has done that kind of hack or not? [-o<

As for the UK v2.3 audio file, yup i m aware it was quite an old update. Just that i saw some bros' screen shot of system settings seemed to be quite outdated on the audio part :) , so just post a friendly reminder to bros who havent the time to check the updates at garmin's site  .

If you're referring to my post [Wed Mar 04, 2009 9:14 pm], then you're right. I did not update my English British voice because that British voice seem OK to me.
