I have tried checking on the cable connection within the unit but the fault still exist.

Anyone has a same problem on their garmin before and got it repaired? If yes, how much did it cost you?

Thanks. The screen replacement that you can find on the net refers to the screen digitizers. I am unable to locate in ebay the replacement LCD screen itself.

I believe the problem I am facing now is a LCD screen problem rather than the digitizer problem but since you bring this up, I will try confirming again later tonight.

Anyway, Navicom quoted me SGD170 to replace the LCD and another $50 for shipment between Singapore and Taiwan.
