Sygic has a nicer UI and the maps are colourful and pretty but i guess the biggest advantage Papago has over Sygic is that u can get monthly updated maps from MFM. If i am not wrong, Sygic uses Tom Tom maps and there r no compatible MFM maps atm.

I got the 1000B first followed by the 1000C. I think the 1000C is a great buy - was really happy that it could connect to my iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad as well as my Nokias and Samsung Galaxy. Am tempted to get another one!

Got no prob charging mine with a generic usb charger. U may want to bring it back to the shop together with the charger so u can try the charger with another set Thanks for the reply. P.S: There's no jb for ipad2 anyway. Seems like Apple has locked down everything really tight this time!

Excluding the polygons don't help. What I have discovered is that if you zoom in and out, you'll get back the map. But you have no way to know when the map is going to disappear when you are driving, so zooming in and out might be a bit risky. Agreed on the lock in speed - very fast indeed, within ...

What do you expect from a company that locks the JCV to the localized units.... The local agent is making lots of money while monopolizing the features through firmware lock :x ... Boycott them ... buy from the Internet to show our displeasure... after all warranty or not it doesn't matter as state...
