Is the support still active?

Is Galactio still supporting here? It's been long since the last reply. & today, I can't seem to find their website!

Are you using the same memory card or changed it? If both the Galactio Software & MFM map succesfully installed in the memory card provided with the GPS, it should work well. Otherwise you may have to re-install all over again. Have you downloaded your license file as well? at tim you need that...

Just curious, the dashboard mode only availabe for limited model for version 8.8.8?

Hi, GALACTIO Consultant. I just bought my device Sensonic N580 few month ago. The map inside Navi/map folder is MFM v20111031. I wish to update the latest map "MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503". May i just download the "MFM-PPG-X8.5-X9-120503" and replace the old map? Or i need to upgrade...
