If the manufacturer did not claim it to be a Garmin GPS receiver than is the set an Imitation? If yes, than Imitate what?. If no, than can it be called a Garmin compatible GPS receiver?.. IMO anyone selling this should clearly state that it is not Nuvi or Zumo device but simply GMXT running on Win CE. But in Malaysia u know lah, semua BOLEH. If customer knows the risk (garmin never states its GMXT is for use on CE), then it is fine. Plus, Win CE is not exactly 'bugproof' if you know ...
