LATAR I can try to track from GCE end. Was cycling there today and saw an opening from toll Rawang Selatan to the south. From GCE to LATAR - cannot enter since still tarring the newly installed flyover. If someone already did this, pls tell me. Don't want to take risk unnecessarily. Will be trackin...
