That is why you have key problems... Only work for local sold (inc Sg) sets.. You are downloading from the wrong place..

Before you brick your GPS.. it has a very small memory onboard... as a rule of thumb... only install into SD cards. Make a backup first before you do anything. From what I know, no key are required.. YOu may have downloaded the wrong software or miss a step. Best you start from the beginning again. ...

You did not say how fast you intend to get there.

There is another option via Raub. You can choose to join Cameron or Gua Musang when the road branch. The old and nearest way is head for Gua Musang.

If you are collecting new data, just make sure the address collected has post codes. They can be use quite effectively if you do not want to deviate too much into mapping. Keeping our raw data in delimited format can make life a lot easy when it comes to data massaging and porting to different datab...

If are referring to transferring of track log into Computer, there are software like Garmin BaseCamp or MapSource. GoogleEarth is also another option. To create tracks that can be transferred back into your Garmin hand held units is another issue and require a bit more understanding. Not an impossib...
