Re: CRUISE GPS SYSTEM

I suspect the modus operandi is something like this: Pay the Chinese in China to develop the device for them. All they have to do here is create a simple "show-off" RnD department, doing some pretty trivial testing. Then apply for official recognition status (Sirim, MSC Status Co etc). Lat...

Re: END of the road for PND!!

There are some devices which lend themselves well with convergence. Phone, music player and PDA and converge well. Some other devices do not. Handphone camera for instance can never replace the real one. It just does not have macro, telephoto, wide lense features, low lighting picture taking capabil...

Re: Why did Antyong retire?

This is a great shock to me. What had happened? Maybe can we all should cool down a bit. Other company copy MFM data is something that is bound to happen. Sooner or later. After all the data is freely available and can be easily reverse-engineered. We just have to be prepared and deal with it. But m...

Re: First One Thousand Posts

My control panel says I make 0.23 posts per day and I have a total of 77 posts (78 including this one)
To reach 1000 post, I need (1000– 78)/0.23 = 4009 days.
That is more than 11 years before I can reach 1000 posts!

Amazing bro Tuah can reach >3000 posts in less than 2 years.

Re: Which DSLR and Lens to go for?

Wokayy.......what lense is best for portrait shooting? If you are serious, a prime lens of 50mm is what many pros would use. 50mm x 1.6 = 80mm, or 85mm x 1.6 = 136mm, just nice for non full frame dslr portrait shooting, will consider this two lens........thanks for the advice. For a star...

Re: Where to buy a tin of tar in Penang?

I did mine for only RM100. :tease: Keep your eyes opened  for any nearby road resurfacing, talk to the supervisor, mention the magic word "minum kopi" :$gone: and your drive way will be done in no time! :peace: We complain the policemen are corrupt, politicians are corrupt, civil s...

Re: Where to buy a tin of tar in Penang?

No lah. I don't intend to do major re-surfacing. But if you can give me the contact of the private company, it might help as I can ask them to sell me some of their tar (at a higher price of course). Note: the attached name card is more than 3 years old. It might not be valid by now. Good luck on y...

Re: Where to buy a tin of tar in Penang?

Why don't you just call a private company to do it for you? They have the expertise and the equipment (compactor) to do a proper job – remove the existing tarmac and resurface it again properly. Last time when I did for my driveway, the cost was RM 200 (if I remember correctly). But then, my drivewa...
